“I met Taylor while attending a retreat in upstate NY where she was working as a professional wellness coach. We worked together in both private and group settings, doing various workouts; strength training, yoga, athletic training, cardio workouts and walking outside. At the time I was rehabilitating from wrist surgery and I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to get a full-body workout. However, Taylor was able to quickly adapt exercises for me and always had a positive demeanor- it was contagious! J It was exciting to watch the mobility and strength in my wrist improve, moreover the pain greatly declined. She diversified workouts making it extremely fun and interesting. In private sessions, we spent time creating a workout routine that I could take home with me, as per my request.
